H.O.A. Weekend starts next Thursday with Wine and Welcome at The Overlook!

On Saturday, we have an inspiring fundraiser for you to attend on the Wedding Lawn! All the proceeds will go to Advocates for Animals of Jackson County. Bring your furry family members for photos, a dog fashion show, and music. In addition, there will be a silent auction with big and small items you don't want to miss out on.

One lucky person will win a week-long vacation in Mexico, valued at $15,000 provided by ThirdHome! Bidding for this item will start at $500, so plan to join us for a good cause and a chance to win some incredible things.

Our Fall Festival on Sunday will have a hayride, pumpkin carving, games, and more! So RSVP and join us for a fun time at the Lake Club from 1 pm - 3 pm.

Lake Clean Up Day | Saturday, October 16th

Please help us keep our lake clean! This Saturday, October 16th, we will have a lake clean-up day from 10 am - 12 pm. We will provide the boats and trash bags. We have already filled several trash bags from previous lake clean-up days, but there is still more to get! 

P.S. The view is beautiful from a boat this time of year! All the more reason to help us keep it clean!

UTV Service on Property | October 22nd

John Lefner has found a local who can service UTVs. Glenn is willing and able to come to Bear Lake on October 22nd, from 9am to 3pm, to service your UTV at the warehouse.

To get your UTV serviced, you will need to contact Glenn as soon as possible at 828-293-4128. Would you please let him know you are with Bear Lake Reserve and also include:

• Brand
• Model
• Year 
• List of what the UTV needs to have done.

He will provide all the items needed for service and let you know the estimated cost. If you have already scheduled to have your UTV serviced on this day, please make sure to have your UTV at the warehouse (near the driving range) at 9am on October 22nd. He will give you an exact price that morning after inspecting the UTV in person. 

Halloween is almost here! We hope to see you and your family over the holiday weekend. If you have not already RSVP'd to the Halloween events you would like to attend, please do so as soon as possible. Reservations allow us to prepare and provide you with the best experience possible!

Veterans Day | Thursday, November 11th 

Veterans Day is November 11th, and to show our support and gratitude to all our servicemen and women, we will have free dinner at the Lake Club for all Veterans. If you are a Veteran and would like to eat at the Lake Club on Veterans Day, we ask you to wear something to represent your time serving our country.  

International Dinner and Film Day | Saturday, November 13th 

Our first International Dinner and Film day will happen on November 13th at the Lake Club. We will be showing the 80's classic, Moon Struck. Wearing fashion trends from the era is encouraged! Please RSVP with Hannah@bearlakereserve.com
