A Bear Lake Owner founded the "Owners Appreciation Holiday Fund," We now celebrate our 5th year. We are excited to continue promoting and supporting this special gift to our staff.

Staffing can be a challenge in this region, and our team does the best they can to go above and beyond throughout the year to service our homeowners.

The appreciation fund is a donation by B.L.R. Owners split between full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff who worked in 2021 and are scheduled to return in 2022.

The Owners Appreciation Holiday Fund Bonuses will be given to the staff on Saturday, December 18th, during the Owners / Staff Christmas Party at the Lake Club. In addition, all Owners are invited to our Annual White Elephant Potluck Party. Look for more details coming soon.

We know this Holiday Bonus is very impactful for our team and helps create the culture of retaining strong team members year after year. This is entirely voluntary on your part if you wish to offer a memorable "Holiday Thank You" to the team. Any amount is acceptable and appreciated.

How To Contribute:

• Add to your B.L.R. account on file: Email - If you would like to use this method, please email craig@bearlakereserve.com with an amount to be added to your account. If you prefer we can have Alisha send you an invoice for the amount, and you can pay online. If you would like an invoice, please email craig@bearlakereserve.com with the amount you would like to contribute.
• Check: Drop off a check at the Greeter's Cottage or the Lake Club. Make checks payable to Bear Lake Club, L.L.C. Remember to indicate on the check that it is for the Owners Appreciation Holiday Fund. NOTE: Checks can be mailed to  Bear Lake Reserve, P.O. Box 248 Tuckasegee NC 28783.
• Please make all donations before Thursday, December 17th.
  

The Westerns football team has been on a winning streak! This weekend we will tailgate before the football game and provide beer and wine for those who join. Feel free to bring whatever you like for tailgating, as well as a snack to share.

Wedding This Weekend 

Please note that we have a wedding rehearsal at the Mill Pond this Friday, and on Saturday, there is a wedding at Castle Ladyhawke. In addition, some of the guests stay at Bear Lake Reserve over the weekend, and you may see them on the property.
